📄 Form 10 — Hazardous Waste Manifest

Generator details — your company name, address, authorization number
Waste category — Schedule II Category 5.1 (used/waste oil)
Volume & quantity — exact litres/KL transported
Vehicle details — registration number, driver name, RPCB auth number
Destination — BIOCIL plant address + CPCB EPR registration
Copies — Generator copy + Transporter copy + RPCB copy + Recycler copy

🏛️ Who Needs Authorized Transport?

Any entity disposing of hazardous waste under HW Rules 2016 must use an RPCB/PCB-authorized transporter. Using an unauthorized vehicle = violation + penalty for the generator, not just the transporter.
Industries covered: Power plants, telecom, cement, steel, railways, defence, hotels, hospitals, IT parks — all generate HW Category 5.1 waste oil.

Common Questions

Yes. BIOCIL holds RPCB (Rajasthan Pollution Control Board) authorization for hazardous waste transport under HW Rules 2016. All vehicles are registered and authorized. We provide Form 10 hazardous waste manifests for every movement. Authorization can be verified before pickup on request.
Used/waste oil (HW Schedule II Category 5.1), transformer oil, DG set engine oil, industrial lubricants, hydraulic oil, gear oil, turbine oil, and other petroleum-based waste oils. Contact us for other hazardous waste categories.
Yes. We have inter-state transport authorization. For inter-state movements, we coordinate with the receiving state PCB for NOC as required under HW Rules 2016 Rule 7. We handle all documentation — the generator needs only to issue Form 10.
No hard minimum — we have small pickup vehicles for 500L–2,000L lots. However, for locations beyond 300km from Jaipur, a minimum of 5,000L per trip makes logistics cost-effective. Call us and we'll advise honestly on the most cost-efficient approach for your volume and location.
Depends on distance, volume, and vehicle type. For generators selling waste oil to us, we often offer free collection or adjust transport costs against the oil purchase price. For third-party transport (where BIOCIL is transporting but not buying the oil), we quote per-trip rates. Call for a quote.
